Nordic IAS webinaari: New identification and monitoring methods for invasive alien species management
***Tapahtuma järjestetään englanniksi.***
The Nordic Invasive Alien Species (IAS) network continues in BB Alien! The network was established in the Barents IAS -project (2022-2024) and information sharing was enhanced through a webinar serie. Now we continue with webinars!
In the next webinar we will talk about new identification and monitoring methods for IAS management. We'll here presentations how eDNA can help in mink prevention, how drones can be used to find invasive alien crops, and how citizen science can help to reveal prospective invasive alien plants. If you work with invasive alien species or are otherwise interested in new monitoring methods, this is for you!
