Genetiikka ja jalostus

Edistämme kestävää biotaloutta kehittämällä innovatiivisia jalostusmenetelmiä ja -strategioita sekä geenivarojen kestävää käyttöä ja hallintaa. Tavoitteenamme on tuottavuuden, kestävyyden ja biologisen monimuotoisuuden parantaminen. Yhdistämällä huippuluokan genomityökaluja, perinteisiä jalostusmenetelmiä ja tieteidenvälistä yhteistyötä optimoimme geenivarojen käyttöä tavoitteenamme varmistaa luonnon- ja maatalousjärjestelmien pitkän aikavälin terveys ja tuottavuus.
