Foreign trade in agri-food products, 4/2022 (preliminary)

Agricultural products and foodstuffs were imported in April 2022 with a value of 0.58 billion euros, and exported with a value of 0.16 billion euros. The value of imports increased by +36% from April of the previous year. The value of exports increased by +11% in the same period.

Compared to April 2021, change -%

• Export value of milk and dairy products +23% and import value +9%.

• Meat export value -17% and import value +40%.

• Export value of vegetables +38%, import value -15%.

• Fruit and berry export value +89%, import value -11%.

• Export value of alcoholic beverages +26%, import value +22%

• Export value of feed -22%, import value +19%.
