The aims of study: - to produce in Sastamala healthy, safe and traceable brand cereals - to process cereal grains as far as possible in Finland and use the processed cereals mainly in a niche -products.
Outputs: - marketing of the developed concept domestically and at the international level - variety specialized cultivation and use of grain according to the demand of customers.
