The main objective of the project is to strengthen the self-sufficiency and equality of clients, their families and communities from different cultural backgrounds who are at risk of exclusion in their living environment.
Through nature-based participatory and creative arts activities, the functional capacities and conditions as well as the social capital of the clients and communities will be strengthened so that educational and employment pathways for the participants are attainable.Through participatory and creative arts activities, safe, culturally and socially diverse functional environments will be created for clients and their families/communities to practice multi-faceted social skills, increase civic competence and gain support for themselves and their community. The project will produce tested good practice, methods and operational models for implementing participatory and creative arts in rehabilitation and integration work.
Objectives:
1. To promote equality and prevent marginalisation
2. To promote the well-being, participation and integration of target groups (young people with special needs, immigrants and special groups of social rehabilitation) through participatory and creative arts.
3. To strengthen the social rehabilitation and integration of clients and their families/communities through participatory and creative arts activities.
4. To develop, implement and evaluate participatory and creative arts activities in such a way that they support the rehabilitation and integration of the clients of the partner organisations, in order to strengthen the working and learning skills of the clients and their transition to working life.
5. Implantation and further development of good practices, models and methods developed in the LuovaLumot project in the working practices of the partner organisations.
