Tool for planning regional nutrient recycling

A new tool to plan and direct national and regional actions to enhance nutrient recycling will be produced. The tool will contain vast information on Finnish nutrient-rich sidestreams, agricultural production and field properties and processing technologies. It calculates the impacts of current state-of-the-art and future scenarios on recycled nutrient products and their use on the chosen region.

Nutrient calculator is a tool which enables national and regional planning of actions to enhance nutrient recycling and their impact assessment for agricultural production.
