The goal of the project is to improve the know-how of farm management and the prerequisites for entry into the field in cooperation with young and developing agricultural entrepreneurs, and to produce management tools to promote comprehensive and competitive entrepreneurship in agriculture. The questions to be examined are what skills are needed in the farm manager's field of work and what means agricultural entrepreneurs have to meet the challenges when starting a business and at different stages of their career path. In addition, the project's workshops will discuss which factors are related to promoting the attractiveness of the sector. In order for the agricultural and horticultural sectors to continue to be attractive sectors, the image of the sector must be good. A good image requires not only profitable and operational companies, but also channels for entrepreneurs to influence research and education related to their own field. A project proposal and action recommendations are prepared to promote the attractiveness of agricultural entrepreneurship. The project is financed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
