Changes in Milk and milkproducts statistics

Changes related to the monthly reports on milk and milk product statistics took effect in January 2013. In future, monthly data will only be published as time series reports. Changes were also made to the data content of the statistics to ensure statistical data protection. In the reporting of production volumes for milk products, product groups were combined to create larger entities. The production volumes of some products will no longer be published. With regard to domestic sales information, only the sales volumes for cheese and the stock volumes for cheese and butter will be published at the end of each month.
