Meat production, year 2011 and 1/2012 (provisional)

In 2011 (include also home-slaughtered cattle, pigs and sheep):

  • Beef production was 83,5 million kilos (+0.5%)
  • Pork production was 202 million kilos (-0.7%)
  • Poultry meat production was 101.5 million kilos (+5%)
  • Mutton production was 0.95 million kilos (+20%).
