Evaluation of Finland's EMKVR program

The continuous evaluation of Finland's European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture funf (EMFAF) program is divided into two entities.

The first entity covers the evaluation of the effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, relevance and consistency of EMFAF program.

Another entity covers the evaluation of business operations of Finnish fishery and identifying cause effect relationships for development of the value chain.

Evaluation produce also information for following the progress of the national program of promoting domestic fishery. In addition, it serves the information needs for monitoring the EU Commission's program.
