Milk and Milk Product Statistics, year 2011 and 1/2012 (provisional)

Compared to the previous year, January-December 2011:

• Milk production fell 1.5%
• The production volumes of liquid dairy products was nearly at the same level than previous year
• Butter production fell by 10%
• Cheese production fell slightly (-0.4%)
• Milk powder production fell by 10%.
