Pork production was 176 million kilos in 2020, which was three per cent more than during the previous year. Production increased most in South Ostrobothnia.
The largest pork-producing municipalities were Huittinen, Loimaa and Seinäjoki.
Beef production decreased by one per cent to 87 million kilos in 2020. Production decreased in many ELY Centre regions.
The most beef was produced in Kuopio, Kiuruvesi and Kurikka.
Mutton production fell by three per cent to 1.4 million kilograms.
The most of mutton was produced in Salo, Somero and Kauhava.
