Determining cereal amino acids from organic cultivars in order to develop better feeds for pigs and poultry

The plan is to analyse aminoacid contents from already existing samples collected from organically produced wheat, barley and oat varieties and use the information in the planning of pig and poultry feeding. Joint project between Luke and University of Helsinki.
