Welcome to the international online seminar Water, roots and forest management on Wednesday 10th of November 2021 at 10–15:30, Teams

Forests have an essential role in protecting the quality of water reserves, regulating the water flow, and acting as buffers against flooding. Forest management is changing the environment, and in addition, the environment is subject to changes due to global warming. Root research offers valuable information about boreal tree growth in changing climate conditions. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the versatile role of forests and the effects of forest management on the environment.
