Milk and Milk Product Statistics, 11/2022 (provisional)

Milk production in January-November was three per cent lower than a year ago. In November, production was 167 million liters (- 3%). There were 4 604 milk producers.

Production volumes of liquid dairy products, butter and cheese fell.

Compared to previous year, in January-November 2022:

• Milk production:  - 3%
• Production of liquid dairy products: - 4%
• Butter production:  - 4%
• Cheese production:   - 2%
