Egg Production Statistics, Q4 and year 2021

- Over 77,5 million kilos of eggs were produced last year, which is two percent more than in previous year.
- The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages declined (-12%). The volumes increased in barn range hen houses (+25%) and free range hen houses (+8%). In organic hen houses volumes increased (+2%).
- 46 % of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 44 % barn range hen houses, 3% free range hen houses and 7% in organic hen houses.
