Egg Production Statistics, Q3 2021

58 million kilos of eggs were produced during January-September, which is 2% more than corresponding period of 2020.
The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages declined (-11%). The volumes increased in barn range hen houses (+25%) and in free range hen houses (+3%). Organic eggs were produced same volume than during corresponding period of 2020.
47% of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 43% barn range hen houses, 3% free range hen houses and 7% in organic hen houses.
