Egg Production Statistics, Q4 and year 2019

- 76 million kilos of eggs were produced last year, which is 1% more than in previous year.
- The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages declined (-1%) and in barn range hen houses (-2%). The volume in free range hen houses increased (+5%) and volume of organic egg (+11%).
- 58% of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 32% in barn range hen houses, 2% free range hen houses and 8% came from organic poultry farms.
