Egg Production Statistics, Q3 2019

- 57 million kilos of eggs were produced during January-September, which is 3% more than during corresponding period of 2018.
- The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages and in barn range hen house increase 1%. The volume also increased in free range hen houses (+4%) and organic egg (+14%).
- 58% of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 33% in barn range hen houses, 2% free range hen houses and 7% came from organic poultry farms.
