Egg Production Statistics, Q2 2021

- 38 million kilos of eggs were produced during January-June, which is 1% more than corresponding period of 2020.
- The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages decliner (-10%). The volumes increased in barn range hen houses (+19%), free range hen houses (+8%) and in organic hen houses (+2%).
- 48 % of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 41 % barn range hen houses, 3 % free range hen houses and 7 % in organic hen houses.
