38 million kilos of eggs were produced during January-June, which is 3% more than during corresponding period of 2018.
The volumes of eggs produced in enriched cages was nearly equal. The volume increased in barn range hen houses (+4%) and free range hen houses (+3%). The volume of organic egg increased too (+14%).
58% of eggs were produced in enriched cages, 33% in barn range hen houses, 2% free range hen houses and 7% came from organic poultry farms
