In the statistics, producer prices for fish are also published by intended use. In addition to Baltic herring and sprat, also vendace, cyprinids and perch are sold for industrial use.

  • Roach EUR 0.64 per kilo (+8 %)

The statistics on producer prices for fish represent the producer prices paid for fish landed at ports in Finland’s sea areas. The statistics do not cover direct sales from commercial fishers directly to consumers. Producer prices for farmed fish will be published in the statistical database of the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) in conjunction with the publication of aquaculture statistics during week 26 (starting on 22 June).
