Milk and milkproducts statistics

The statistics contain monthly and annual data on milk production, number of milk producers, fat and protein contents of producer milk, and the quantities of produced milk products and organic milk. Annual data on milk consumption on farm and on average yield of dairy cow is also published. The data are published monthly and annually.
