Milk production decreased slightly from the previous year, totaling approximately 2,140 million litres. At the end of the year, there were 3,618 milk producers.

  • In 2025, milk production amounted to 2,140 million litres, which was slightly less than the year before (2,145 million litres in 2024). The volume of dairy milk was 2,094 million litres. Milk composition levels increased, with an average fat content of 4.50% and a protein content of 3.60%.
  • The number of dairy producers decreased by seven percent during the year. At the end of the year, there were 3,618 milk producers.
  • Organic milk production totalled 65 million litres, which is two percent less than in 2024.
