Milk and Milk Product Statistics, 2/2023 (provisional)

Milk production in January-February was two per cent lower than a year ago. In February, production fell by 2% to 169 million liters.

Compared to previous year, in January-February 2023:

• Milk production:  - 2%
• Production of liquid dairy products: - 3%
• Butter production:  - 1%
• Cheese production:   0%
