- In November, 6.3 million m³ of roundwood were harvested for the use by the forest industries in Finland. This removal volume was up 21% from the previous year and 15% from the five-year November average.
- Sawlogs accounted for 3.3 million m³ and pulpwood for 3.0 million m³ of the industrial roundwood removal.
- Industrial roundwood removals from forests in non-industrial private ownership were 5.2 million m³.
- Forest industry companies and the state harvested 1.1 million m³ of roundwood from their forests.
- In October, 487 000 cubic metres of wood was harvested for energy production.
- In January-November, 59.9 million m³ of roundwood were harvested for use by the forest industries. This removal volume was up 17% from the previous year and 7% from the five-year average.
