Tackling constraints on local value food and beverage chains in northern regions, preparatory project

A-value food

In the planned project, selected local food chains will be analyzed by using different strategic planning techniques, for example SWOT, AWOT, VRIO or five forces analysis. These analyses will include identifying constraints which are currently limiting success of food chains of NPA region. Based on the outcomes of analyses, development plans for the value chains will be designed in cooperation with the stakeholders (SMEs, NGOs and consulting organizations connected to food chains).
