Use of Crops on Farms 2015 – 2016 (provisional) and 2014-2015 (final statistics)

- The 2015 cereal harvest amounted to 3.7 billion kilos, of which half was sold during the 2015–2016 crop year.
- At the beginning of the crop year 2015–2016, on-farm stocks had a total of approximately 860 million kilos of grain.
- During the year, a total of approximately 1.4 billion kilos of grain was used as feed on farms.
- Based on the provisional estimate, at the end of the crop year, farms stored a total of 840 million kilos of grain.
