Statistics on the purchase, use and stockpiling of cereals and protein and oilseeds describe the purchases of cereals, protein and oilseeds by industry and trade, as well as the volume of use and stocks. The data is compiled through an web survey. Purchase and use data are published quarterly and inventory twice a year.
