Producer prices for fish species with catch quotas, 4th quarter 2020

The total price of Baltic Herring rose to EUR 0,24 per kilo, which was slightly above the price in the second quarter (EUR 0,22 per kilo).
The price of Baltic Herring intended for human consumption was EUR 0,40.
The price of Baltic Herring intended for industrial use remained at 0.19 EUR per kilo.
The price of sprat was EUR 0.19 per kilo, which was the same as in the first, second and third quarter of 2020.
The price of gutted salmon was EUR 5.96 per kilo. Total salmon catch in the fourth quarter was very small compared to summer.
