Producer prices for fish species with catch quotas, 2nd quarter 2023

During the second quarter of 2023, the producer price of gutted salmon was EUR 10.34 per kg, showing an increase of roughly 12 % compared to the second quarter of 2022. Producer price of industrial Baltic herring increased by 21 %, and the producer price of Baltic herring intended for human consumption increased by 20 %.
