Producer prices for fish species with catch quotas, 2nd quarter 2021

• The total price of Baltic herring (EUR 0.21 per kilo) declined slightly compared with the first quarter of 2021 (EUR 0.23 per kilo).
• The price of Baltic herring intended for human consumption was EUR 0.27 per kilo.
• The price of Baltic herring intended for feed remained at EUR 0.19 per kilo, which was the same as in the first quarter of 2021.
• The prices of Baltic herring were approximately the same as in the second quarter of 2020.
• The price for sprat (EUR 0,18 per kilo) was slightly below the price in the first quarter of 2021 (EUR 0.19 per kilo).
• The total price of gutted salmon was EUR 6.53 per kilo.
