Meat production 9/2024 (provisional)

In January-September, two per cent more meat was produced than in the same period last year. Poultry, pork and beef production increased, while mutton production decreased.

In September 2024, year-on-year:

• Beef production: + 2%
• Pork production: 0% 
• Poultry meat production: +1%
• Mutton production: - 6%

In January-September 2024, year-on-year:

• Beef production: + 1%
• Pork production: +2%
• Poultry meat production: +4%
• Mutton production: - 12%
