Crop production 2025

According to Luke’s harvest estimate, the cereal harvest will be close to 3.4 million tons. The organic cereal harvest will be roughly 140,000 tons, accounting for 4% of the total cereal harvest.

• Broad bean: 13,000 tons (-5%)
• The 2025 organic cereal harvest totals 144,000 tons (+4% from the previous year) - accounts for 4% of Finland’s total cereal production.

Information about the quality of the cereal harvest has been compiled by combining the crop production data collected by Luke and the Finnish Food Authority’s cereal quality monitoring information.
