The aim is to improve field drainage intensity, as well as possibilities to control it, of lateral and main drains in order to improve the productivity of cultivation as well as to diminish the harmful environmental effects. In addition, the effectiveness of other land improvement practices will be studied. The project generates knowledge for the planning and administrative direction of plant production, drainage and water protection.
