For the energy investment, a financing and grant package is mapped out and local HVAC companies are verified for offering and implementing energy investments. The willingness to start energy entrepreneurship is also reviewed in the area. Energy entrepreneurs are added to the list of potential operators for property owners to make investments.
The project systematically reviews the oil-heated properties in the area. Property owners are contacted and site-specific inspections are arranged with interested parties. Preliminary energy investment plans and investment financing plans are made during the inspection. The project also assists property owners in making change investment tenders and in applying for grants and funding for investments.
Reporting is done on the promotion of energy investments and energy entrepreneurship. The efficiency of systematic activity, the amount of investments in relation to the number of oil heating sites, and the saved carbon dioxide emissions are evaluated. The cost-effectiveness of the entire operation is evaluated, and the results are summarized.
