Advancing the standardization of agricultural machines in Finland

The safety, functionality, and competitiveness of agricultural machinery increasingly depend on standards and their proper application. For Finnish agricultural machinery manufacturers, standards are a key factor for success in international markets, but awareness and understanding of the importance of standardization are often lacking. In Finland, there are several agricultural machinery manufacturers who do not actively follow standards or may not even be aware of them at all.

The aim of this project is to enhance the safety and competitiveness of Finnish agricultural machinery manufacturing by providing companies with up-to-date and targeted information on agricultural machinery standards and standardization processes.
