The Learn2Transform project, funded by Luke, aims to deepen researchers’ understanding of their roles in advancing sustainability transformation. It brings together participants from Luke’s four scientific programs through a series of interactive workshops. Each workshop will combine capacity building with collaborative reflection. Participants will be introduced to key transformation concepts and basic theory, and will explore methods holding potential for supporting sustainability transformation such as transdisciplinary collaboration, action-oriented research, critical reflexivity, and systems thinking.
Data will be collected through a survey and during the workshops through focus group discussions. Researchers will be invited to reflect on the opportunities and barriers to integrating approaches holding potential for supporting sustainability transformation into their everyday work.
The project is funded by Luke's 2025 internal, strategic project funding.
