Developing the production and harvest of field peas, broad beans and sweet lupin

The project aims to increase knowledge of the cultivation techiques of field pea, broad bean and sweet lupin and to improve the profitability of their production. By utilizing new technology and testing new methods of cultivation and harvest we try to find ways to develop and increase the production of protein plants.

As the result of the project, we will draw up a guide that sets out concrete solutions for the successful cultivation, plant protection and harvest of legumes. By this we aim to ensure the adequate supply of domestic protein sources for food and feed, which also increases the diversity of cultivation and brings other environmental benefits.
