Tools for breeding value estimation

BLUP PAJA

The project develops efficient numerical methods in the estimation of breeding values for large data. These methods are implemented in MiX99 software which is used by animal and plant breeders. Computational efficiency is achieved by using parallel computing. MiX99 software is used in many countries.
