Producer Prices of Agricultural Products, 2/2023 (provisional)

The prices of main cereal crops decreased from January to February. The prices of cereals crops were lower compared to prices of February 2022. The prices of domestic animal products were higher than the prices of February 2022.

Producer prices of Februrary 2023 compared to the same month a year before, and the previous month (in parentehses):

  • the price of milk on average: +31 % (+0,5 %)
  • the price of bull meat: +26 % (-0,2 %)
  • the price of pork (fattening pigs): +29 % (+0,6 %)
  • the price of eggs from caged hens: +34 % (+1,0 %)
  • the price of eggs from barn hens: +37% (+1,8 %)
  • the price of bread wheat: +0 % (-7,2 %)
  • the price of feed barley: -10 % (-7,4 %)
  • the price of oats: -9 % (-7,0 %)
  • the price of food potatoes: +7 % (+0,7 %).

Prises of lamb och mutton in average has been corrected 11.4.2023

Statistics on producer price of milk have changed from March 2022. The price of class-E normmilk includes paid supplement for animal welfare.

Producer prices are presented without VAT.
