Producer Prices of Agricultural Products, 1/2023 (provisional)

Almost all producer prices of main agricultural products decreased during January. The prices of domestic animal products were significantly higher during January 2023 compared to price of previous January. The producers prices of main cereals in January 2023 were almost same as in January 2022.

Producer prices of January 2023 compared to the same month a year before, and the previous month (in parentehses):

• the price of milk on average: +29 % (-1 %)
• the price of bull meat: +28 % (-1,0 %)
• the price of pork (fattening pigs): +29 % (-0,4 %)
• the price of eggs from caged hens: +37 % (+1,0 %)
• the price of eggs from barn hens: +43 % (-0,1 %)
• the price of bread wheat: +7 % (-6,7 %)
• the price of malting barley: +1 % (-6,2 %)
• the price of oats: -3 % (-5,3 %)
• the price of food potatoes: +14 % (-0,9 %).

Monthly change percent of milk has corrected in 3.3.2023.
