Producer prices for fish species with catch quotas, 2nd quarter 2022

During the second quarter of 2022, the producer price of gutted salmon was EUR 9.20 per kg, showing an increase of roughly 41% compared to the second quarter of 2021. In addition, the producer price of Baltic herring intended for human consumption increased by approximately 11% from the second quarter in the previous year. The producer prices of Baltic herring for industrial use and sprat remained stable.
