The statistics present data on meat production, organic meat production and frozen meat stocks. The data are based on information collected from slaughterhouses and farms, as well as administrative animal registers. The data are published monthly and annually.
The quality report describes the methodology, key definitions and quality used to produce the statistics at the time of publication.
