Foreign trade in agri-food products, 7/2023 (preliminary)

In July 2023, imports of agricultural products and foodstuffs amounted to EUR 0.54 billion and exports to EUR 0.15 billion. The value of imports fell by -10% and the value of exports by -18% from July of the previous year.

• Value of imports of dairy products -7% and value of exports -24%.
• Meat imports -11% in value and exports -26% in value.
• Value of imports of fruit and berries -8%, value of exports +22%.
• Vegetables imports -16% in value, exports -41% in value.
• Value of imports of alcoholic beverages +8%, value of exports +8%.
• Value of feed imports -2%, value of exports -60%.
