Foreign trade in agri-food products, 2/2023 (preliminary)

In February 2023, imports of agricultural products and foodstuffs amounted to EUR 0.49 billion and exports to EUR 0.16 billion. The value of imports fell by -7% from February of the previous year. The value of exports fell by -10% over the same period.

• Meat imports +5% in value and exports -4% in value.
• Potato imports +47% in value and exports -27% in value.
• Fruit and berries imports -1% in value and exports -10% in value.
• Vegetables imports +5% in value, exports -59% in value.
• Value of imports of alcoholic beverages -33%, value of exports +33%.
• Imports of feedstuffs -18% in value, exports -24% in value.
