Food potato storages on farms 15.1.2017

• In January 2017, the inventory levels of food and processed potato were 93 million kilos. Of this, food potato took up a total of 73 million kilos.

• Compared with mid-October, the inventory balance of food and processed potato was lower by 96 million kilos (-51%), and the volume of food potato was lower by 82 million kilos (-54%).
