Anticipated crops for 2021 in Finland, 23 August:

• Grain harvest total 2.8 million tons (-17%)
  • Barley 1.1 million tons (-22%)
  • Oats 0.9 million tons (-23%)
  • Wheat 0.7 million tons (+5%)
  • Rye 0.07 million tons (+2%)
• Turnip rape and rape total 46,000 tons (+47%)
• Potatoes 590,000 tons (-5%)
• Sugar beet 450,000 tons (+7%)
• Peas 50,000 tons (-8%)
• Broad bean 14,000 tons (-68%)

More detailed information about crop volumes will be obtained on 24 November when information is available from farms for the calculation of crop volumes.
