  • A total grain harvest of up to 4.4 billion kilos is forecast.
  • A rise in the area under barley has increased its harvest estimate.
  • A record-breaking yield of spring wheat is expected.
  • A quarter less rye is expected than last year.
  • The turnip rape harvest is expected to yield one and a half times the previous year’s amount.
  • Sugar beet appears to be recovering and the harvest is expected to reach the same level as in previous years.
  • The harvest of hay and silage is growing slightly.
