Broiler Wooden Breast myopathy: Underlying mechanisms, and maternal nutrition for alleviation

The main objective of the project is to detect new factors predisposing the broiler breast muscle to the wooden breast (WB), white striping (WS) and spaghetti meat (SM) defects and based on the accumulated knowledge, suggest modification to broiler production to minimize the incidence of WB in the future.
